Account Executive 
Delray Beach, FL 

SNI Companies is seeking Account Executives in Delray Beach, FL. Our rapidly growing client is a leading purchaser of structured settlements and annuities. 

As an Account Executive, your role involves driving growth by initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers interested in selling their structured settlements, annuities, and investment annuities. Your focus is on making outbound cold calls to identify and qualify leads, providing ongoing support until deals are closed. 

You'll work with a database of potential customers, balancing proactive lead-seeking within our system and making outbound calls. If you love talking to people, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about improving others' financial situations, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain purposeful relationships with structured settlement recipients to purchase future payment streams.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects, effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions while prioritizing quality interactions over quantity. 
  • Determine customers' financial needs and tailor structured settlement solutions accordingly.
  • Exercise diligence in planning, following up, and closing deals, ensuring the prompt return of requisite documents.
  • Evaluate cost and revenue to determine the profitability of each opportunity.
  • Consistently perform required daily activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, continuously adding new prospects to the pipeline to incrementally grow sales volume.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Inside/B2C sales experience with outbound cold calls. 
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to forge relationships over the phone.
  • Persistent problem solver who thrives in overcoming objections and challenges.
  • Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome obstacles.
  • Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, multitask-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a PLUS.
What we're offering:
  • Schedule: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 
  • $50,000 base salary, with a comprehensive commission plan.
