Account Executive (Remote)
Philadelphia, PA 

Our client located in Palm Beach County is a leading buyer of annuities in the United States. They specialize in purchasing structured settlement and annuity payments, providing timely financial solutions for individuals with structured settlements, annuities, investment annuities, and life-contingent structured settlements. They are growing and looking to open a satellite office in Philadelphia, please do not apply if you don't live in the area. 

About:
As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals seeking immediate cash by offering liquidity options for their structured settlements, annuities, and investment annuities. Your responsibilities will include managing and qualifying leads, guiding opportunities through the sales cycle, and achieving sales targets.

Schedule: This is a full-time remote position, Monday through Friday with occasional rotating Saturdays. We are looking to fill two shifts 9am - 6pm or 2pm - 11pm, please let us know which schedule you're excited about. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish meaningful relationships with structured settlement recipients to facilitate the purchase of future payment streams.
  • Assess customer financial needs and propose appropriate structured settlement solutions.
  • Maintain diligence in planning, follow-up, and deal closure by assisting customers with necessary documentation.
  • Analyze cost and revenue to ensure profitability.
  • Consistently execute daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Continuously add new prospects to the pipeline to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience with a focus on high phone call volume.
  • Strong accountability, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated sales background with a proven track record of deal closure and managing high call volumes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills suitable for outbound calling.
  • Persistent problem-solving abilities for building relationships both remotely and in-person.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve targets and overcome obstacles.
  • Advanced understanding of sales principles and business acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
