Responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound and outbound phone calls 
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
3.  Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations also Investigate and resolve customer issues

• Proven experience as a Call Center 
• Excellent communication
• Bilingual is a must (ENGLISH and SPANISH)
