Executive Assistant - Financial Advisor/ Wealth Management Firm
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at a rapidly expanding Financial Planning and Employee Benefits firm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing crucial operations and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for client meetings.
- Handling the completion of financial and employee benefit planning documents, including data verification, entry, and proofreading.
- Offering prompt and knowledgeable assistance to clients regarding their employee benefit inquiries and issues.
- Managing business invoices by ensuring accuracy of transaction information and completing necessary documentation.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of client relationships, including budget, commission, and revenue data.
- Engaging with clients and prospects via phone and email communications.
- Organizing and overseeing the filing and maintenance of client data and files.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and developments in financial, retirement, and employee benefit planning through ongoing educational opportunities.
- Proactively contributing to the enhancement of the business department and firm reputation by effectively addressing client needs and requests.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior administrative capacity.
- Background in financial services or related industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
