SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will work in a hybrid role and play a key strategic role on a small HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* The HR Business Partner will work with the VP of HR to assist with full-cycle HR duties.
* The HR Business Partner will work to assist in the development of a key people strategy to help with employee retention.
* The HR Business Partner will handle all employee benefits.
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for handling HRIS processes.
* The HR Business Partner should have strong MS Office skills.
* The HR Business Partner should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience along with a PHR or a SHRM.
