Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to optimize logistics operations and achieve business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and accountability.
3. Oversee all aspects of transportation management, including carrier selection, negotiation of freight rates, and routing optimization to minimize costs and maximize service levels.

• Proven experience as a logistics manager
• Ability to Speak English and Spanish.
